COVID-19 Lockdown Procedure
Dear Valued Client,
The unprecedented effects of the COVID-19 outbreak can be felt across the globe, resulting in uncertain times on how we will be affected. Our top priority at Maizey Plastics is the wellbeing of our staff, their families and customers.
As a result we will be temporarily suspending trade at all Maizey branches in accordance with the national lock down announced by President Cyril Ramaphosa in his address on Monday 23 March.
Please note: All our branch offices will be closed until the 16th of April 2020. Normal trade will resume on 17 April 2020 unless otherwise notified.
ESSENTIAL SERVICES PROVIDERS
We are committed to ensuring access to selective products required for the supply of essential goods and services as indicated in the government gazette and have emergency measures in place to assure uninterrupped supply.
If you are an essential services provider, kindly call you nearest Maizey branch on the landline number as listed on our website or use the national number 086 1100 420. Your call will be re-directed to a dedicated staff member for assistance.
In accordance with government regulations, again only goods for essential services will be processed and shipped via the MAIZEY Online Shop.
Orders can be placed online following the normal procedures, with the following mandatory actions until further notice.
- Once the order has been placed on the MAIZEY Online Shop, email your supporting Essential Services Documentation to email@example.com
- Quote your Sales Order Number as reference in the subject heading of the email.
- Maizey will notify you of shipping details once we get confirmation from our shipping agents.
If no supporting documents can be supplied, the order will only be processedand shipped at the end of the nationwide lock down. This situation is unfortunately out of our control as we are obligated to follow the government regulations.
